YOUR NEW ROLE
Your new role, as Residential Support Worker, will involve a broad
range of duties including, working directly with the children,
building relationships with them, while contributing to the day-to-day
running of the residential centre. As Residential Support Worker you
will ensure that the highest quality of care is provided to the
children, assisting them with achieving their personal goals as set
out in their care plan.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
In order to succeed in your new role, you will hold a recognised
professional Level 7 Social Care or related qualification. In addition
to this, you will ideally have one year?s experience in a
residential setting or two years combined experience working with
children within a community disability setting or similar. This
particular service works directly with children with physical
disability so ideally, you will have relevant experience in this area.
You must also hold a full driving licence.
